n8n checks each minute. Supabase reserves one eligible contact when a domain is due. Resend receives one message, then the ledger records its provider ID.
Each domain allows up to 20 emails/day with at least 30 minutes between new sends. Failed requests retain the same idempotency key. Ambiguous messages stop for review before the provider’s retry guarantee expires.
